Products & Services

70 Years of Quality

Wood Products for Shipping

We have been an industry leader in the production of pallets, crates and custom wood products since 1953.

New Pallets

New pallets are designed and built from new, heat treat (HT) certified lumber and can be configured into any size or design per your specifications.

  • New HT lumber
  • Highly configurable
  • More uniform appearance
  • Less material variation

Hybrid Pallets

Hybrid pallets are constructed with reclaimed and recycled lumber and new lumber. Hybrid pallets are a way to have newer looking pallets at a reduced cost. Reconstructed hybrid pallets provide a quality product, with a cleaner appearance at a reduced cost.

Our breakthrough 5R reclamation process:

Repair. Reuse. Recycle. Reclaim. Rebuild.

Recycled Pallets

Recycled pallets are an economical way to buy pallets, cut costs, and save money. These reused, repaired or recycled pallets allow us to keep pallets from being placed in landfills. Common sized pallets are repaired and reused. Nonstandard sized pallets are recycled for their lumber, reclaimed, and rebuilt into recycled pallets.

Custom Pallets

Our pallets are designed with custom software which allows us to build pallets and crates to our customers specifications.

Special Transport

Custom Crating

Custom Crates are used for domestic/international shipping, storage, and special transportation purposes.

Recycled Wood

Need some wood for a project or your campfire? We offer recycled lumber in bulk whether it be by the pallet or an entire truckload.

Heat Treat TP Logo

Heat Treat lumber is required for packing material used for international shipments. Monreville has this capability on site at our facilities. Pallets and crates that are made from lumber require a stamp reflecting that the lumber has been treated to the ISPM-15 (International Standards for Phyto-Sanitary Measures No. 15) standards.

The process for heat treating pallets, boxes and crates require that he core temperature of the wood reaches 140 degrees for a minimum of 30 minutes. This ensures that all nutrients in the wood that bugs feed on will be killed and meets the ISPM-15 international shipping standards. The lumber material then must be stamped with the globally recognized stamp, which is required to efficiently transport goods internationally. Our HT processes are audited monthly by a third party inspector.
